Just bought this about 3 weeks ago for $199. Solid tool with plenty of power to get the job done. Since buying it, I've done pads and rotors on two of our vehicles and changed the front wheel bearing/hubs on another. Happy with the purchase
Will have to try to get this price matched, literally just bought this impact and a separate battery for $350 2 days ago. Impact is really nice, but half price with extra batteries makes me really wish I had waited.

They gave me a hard time saying it was special deal of the day and can't price match. I had to buy another and return the old one.
I already tossed the boxes so doing a return won't be an option for me unfortunately. Hopefully i get someone friendly that will just do the match.
If you bought the same thing and part numbers are identical, you could buy this deal, then take these directly to the return counter and use them to return on the original receipt.
But a phone call and hopefully a price match would be easier 😅

Oof, fingers crossed they help you out, man.
With HD I always throw the boxes in a closet to ride out the 90-day return window (it's free insurance) and then toss 'em when I get back around to remembering they're there - it's saved me some buyer's remorse.
Good luck, truly hope you get taken care of.

Just used this exact one to replace my struts and end links. The large strut bolts were seized (as always) and they weren't budging at first, but after going at for about 8 seconds, this impact pulled them right off.
Just ordered a mid torque Makita for $260, but I've been thinking I want to switch to Ridgid for the warranty and this would be the perfect starting point.
Mannnnn, what should I do? This is obviously a great deal, but I'm hesitating because I'm already into Ryobi and Dewalt ecosystems. I only need this level of torque a scant handful of times per year, so I hate the idea of the batteries just laying around not being used for so long (even with the warranty, it's just not ideal). I didn't go for the recent Dewalt monster torque gun, because even at $250 it's a bit much to buy without having a pro use for it, plus it's 3 pounds heavier than both the Ryobi and Ridgid bigguns. I've really just been waiting for the Ryobi to go back down to 130ish, which would get me into the 1000+ torque arena, with batteries I use often and at the lowest price. But again, this deal with two batteries is just as good, and the lifetime warranty on batteries and everything is a big draw. Aggggh!

Similar. All my stuff is 20V DeWalt or 12V Milwaukee but I really needed a higher torque. Ended up going with the $249 dewalt even though I don't need the battery and it's definitely overkill. Hasn't been delivered yet so looking at this too but I think I value keeping everything in one ecosystem vs the price difference.

Wellll, I went for the Ridgid. The clincher was the video done by VCG construction comparing a few of these. The Ridgid really punched above its weight class and the Ryobi seemed to perform below the promised spec. Not a dealbreaker in and of itself, but its nice to know you have a top performing tool. The final nail, was reading through the comments section there and seeing multiple accounts of folks praising the Ridgid warranty and even super old stuff simply being replaced with newer models under the same warranty. This is definitely a great deal. Thanks OP.
