Perhaps this fabric is the source of the All Seasons Tech label? Nothing particularly special here outside the price and brand. A lightweight pair of jeans from Dockers under $16 is a fine price, but those seeking heavyweight denim or some of the more interesting features sometimes on offer from Dockers may be disappointed here.

These are perfect for summer in places where shorts are not appropriate. Heavyweight denim is too hot and uncomfortable for summer.
