Thanks, OP! These "singles" are very convenient....and they almost never sell them at this low price! I generally get them at Target, and they cost considerably more. My only concern is with the expiration date (especially since it's a large quantity). It's fairly common for Amazon to sell short-dated items at considerably lower prices. The antibacterial component (benzalkonium chloride) will become less effective (or even ineffective) once these wipes exceed the expiration date.

Just as a reminder....shipping is free for S&S orders, so having a prime membership isn't essential. Additionally, if you want them sooner, change the first delivery to 2-3 weeks (vs. the suggested 4 months). You're likely to cancel the subscription for these anyway (since the price will increase in the interim). Just be careful to cancel the subscription shortly after the first delivery (or before you know it, you'll be receiving another delivery).

The wife and I use these to wipe our hands and table when we go out to eat. Who knows when the menus were sanitized, if ever.

They're basically ineffective as a disinfectant for surfaces (such as tables and menus), but they work well to kill germs on hands (after touching germy surfaces). Very convenient when there's no bathroom handy. I always carry some on me and in the car.

It's not. Wet Wipes (benzalkonium chloride) vs Purell Disinfecting Wipe (Ethyl Alcohol)

Edit: Purell Santizing Wipes
