Do note that the P190 is the oldest generation battery of the past 7 or so years.
The newer HP generations have enough improvements that it's worth it to start with them. Chances are, you're going to want them at some point.
If you can use the tool, it's a cheap way to get started in the ecosystem, but there are more practical starter kits like the drill and driver kit for not much more.
These things are garbage. Bought the electrostatic mister from Amazon and it worked one time, then never again. Ryobi wouldn't honor the warranty because "Amazon doesn't sell Ryobi products, they can't" I had the receipt registered and they just pretended like I was making it up. Returned to Amazon immediately, don't buy this crap

Yes, this product has problems! Not worth buying, and the after-sales service is poor
I have the cordless mister, and it doesn't work with anything thicker than water. I haven't found it at all useful. Direct Tools Outlet was giving them away a couple years go.
The electrostatic sprayers are leftovers from Covid.
The 2ah battery is tiny and not even worth $24. Much cheaper per ah during Ryobi days at HD.
I guess a charger might be fine for $12 if you need a charger, but I'm sure its the slowest one.
They ridiculously overproduced several models of electrostatic sprayers during Covid. They've been trying to offload them for at least 3+ years now. I have another model not shown here that I picked up at a local HD store for $10. I actually bought 3 because they were all the "kit" versions that came with a battery. At least they were SUPPOSED to be. Bought them and let them sit for a while (after the return period of course) only to later realize they'd removed the battery from all the boxes. This was noted by an orange dot sticker on all the boxes that had no explanation and there was no reference with any signage or otherwise that they'd removed the battery. What a scam. You can at least mod the one I got to turn it into a motorized squirt gun basically.

The 2 amp battery is $28. Good price if you need just one. The 4 pack from HD for $89 expired. Assuming it's a brand new battery.
