Don't let the weight fool you - these are puffs. 6oz is actually a large bag.
Now, the problem with these is they're just not very satisfying. I am a fan of volume eating so thought these would be perfect to pad my cereal eating sessions by mixing them in with "the good stuff". Unfortunately, that was not the case. Was hoping for some crunch, but they really don't provide that. Nutritionally, they're also very inert. People mention their fiber content being good in Amazon reviews, but that's nonsense.
Anyways, just my experience! Wanted crunch. No crunch 🙅
