Every time I use these Scott's combo bags, it burns my grass. I think you're better off with straight uncoated grass seed, IMO.

Great price, but don't recommend for the South unless you've got a good bit of shade.

If you put down the weed and feed it will typically prevent the seed from growing as an FYI.

No it is not. uh...warm season grasses like Bermuda? You're answering your own question. Southern fescue types, bermuda, zoysia, centipede, etc.
