For the lack of ability to buy the more popular colors (dark navy, black - those get removed from the website during those sales and brought back once the sale is over) of that Ghost Whisperer hoodie went with the vest model, to try it out. It would be a solid mid-layer for colder ski resorts.

The part about them taking away popular colors is not true. Their point is to sell clothes to be able to make more. The more popular colors are not removed, they simply sell out as the discounts increase.

If you are more than a day late when this fourth and final round of pricing hits - this 65% level - all you are left with are grays, yellow mustards, that bright blue color, and random ugly patterns/prints. I've gotten many black colored MHW items by being quick once the 65% hits.

If you miss out on a black items, simply wait for the new season to come out in a few weeks, or wait until next year when the 25%, 50% and 65% sales come back around.

MHW clothes, upper body stuff mostly, has 4 different fits, don't remember exactly, but something like Active, Alpine, Standard, and Relaxed.

The first two are intended to be tight-fitting things, base layers or midlayers that hug your body for warmth or compression or other benefit. Something you probably wouldn't normally wear on it's own, though you could, it'll just be fitted and close to your skin.

The Standard is like a regular fit, a little loose intended to wear on it's own or under a jacket. Relaxed is for shirts that hang off of you, like a poncho, hoody, or something design for comfort, big and loose.

Each item has what cut/fit it is in the item description.

Thanks for your reply. I was actually asking as their sizes, eg. S, M, L, are fairly similar common sizes. For example, Milwaukee clothing are alway one or two size bigger in my opinion.

Agreed. Milwaukee, Duluth, Carhart, etc clothes are a lot bigger for the same size. - for sure a size, maybe two. So going by that gauge, MHW standard fit would be true to size.

I wear XL across the board, but with MHW I have more XXL sprinkled in my closet than I do Large, especially with active fit shirts. I have a long sleeve Carhart henley and I'm swimming in the XL, where an XL standard fit henley from MHW is just right. If I catch an Active fit something on sale, I'll order a XXL to be safe.
