Flu was it you who used Dr Pepper Qs? And I had been picking up pickle blinkies for the longest time thinking I might find someone to trade with but never did. Then I stopped they just kept expiring and taking up room I will keep you in mind if I find more.
DH to the lappy with him on his last job to Vegas. He is a course builder for offroad motorsports. He was just at Las Vegas Speedway for the Lucas Oil event & guess who he met? Pink!! She and her entourage were looking for a large empty place to sit and DH was next to one. He had his legs on extra seats streching out and they came up to take the seats so he had to move a bit. He said she was so nice and kept appoligizing for encroaching on him. A friend had pointed her out earlier at the even or he said he would not have know who she was.
She is dating one of the drivers and I guess he had a bad race (some vehicle damage) and didn't even place. There is another Lucas Oil event here in a few weeks and DH is building the course right now, it's only a hour from our house and he said Pink said she was going to that even too. DH said he will introduce me to her if we see her again, he said they chatted a bit and she and her peeps were all very nice. So nice he would have never known she was who she was, he said he would have expected someone like that to act more entitled. He did snap a few cell phone pics when she wasn't looking.

I was kinda wishing we went with him to the event but it ended up being super cold and really windy. Yeah... freezing cold in Vegas! The storm followed him home and we woke up to almost a foot of snow Monday morning! My lillac bush was so smashed our tree branches that are usually 5 feet off the ground were to the ground. Tuns of tree branches broken off all over town. Crazy stuff, this is the latest it has snowed here ever. It's all melted now just a few clumps in the gutters and shady spots. DH knocked the snow off our trees and bushes, I think they survived but the buds might be damaged.
I hadn't been to Target in weeks and weeks but I finally got a chance to make a run on Saturday. It is so weird making a run when you haven't been able to read anything in either thread for weeks. I am so lost! Need to figure out the new deals ASAP!
Now I have to print some Qs and read but I can here lilB pounding on the wall, he is awake and going to keep me busy for awhile.
Thrift, I wish I lived closer and maybe the little ones could keep each other entertained and we could catch up on other things, like PWing, printing Qs and organizing runs!
I only have the $5 PF peelies and I use lots of the PF face powders, I think I must get to K for some makeup. It's been over a year since I shopped there, every cashier went coupon nazi & if you had more than 10 Qs they made you check out with a manager! No kidding! The story I kept hearing was a coupon lady used kleenex Qs to steal $5K worth of Huggies in one week!

I think Pink is married to a motocross racer, isn't she?? Or am I thinking of another rockstar/motocross racer couple??
That's crazy about the snow. My parents live in the UP of Michigan, and they frequently get snow this late. So glad I live in a far more moderate (usually!!) climate. We got our 7 years' worth of snow this February, so we're good.
As far as K goes, I may try to squeeze in a trip this week, just for the PF. Anything else I should look out for? I have several of the $4 peelies - will these beep on items less than that?
I have to get my list together for T. Have a raincheck to use there for wipes, plus need to get some Pepsi (M2C, have you tried that tearpad yet? I'll let you know if it scans or not!!) and Biore. Today is the last day of super doubles at HT, so I can *finally* spend time at other stores!! I don't know how people do it, who stockpile so much between all the different stores. Do they even have a life?? Granted, I'm not the most organized person, but it takes so much time planning out runs, clipping coupons, my brain just gets scrambled.
OK, off to cross more things off my to-do list!! Got my rebates all finished!!
On my 4th cup of coffee and don't think I've had more than 4 sips from them all. Everytime I pour a cup, I get distracted and when I get back, it's cold
the news on the oil spill just keeps getting sadder. I hope they can do something, but I think that anything they do at this point is just a show to keep the public *happy*.

Oh yeah, my PF peelies are for $4, drats! $5 would have been so much better. I think we need to ask thrift about the beepage and other item that would be good to look out for. I know the coupons didn't used to beep if the items were less but I haven't shopped there in a year or so.
I also have to get to T I guess I better hurry up and get off the computer and get ready. To much to do and yes my brain feels like scrambled eggs trying to keep up with couponing and everyday life. Life just keeps throwing a bunch of crap at us.

I miss the crazy belly moves, sometimes. It used to drive me buggy when I was trying to fall asleep and he was doing gymnastics in here. I do miss him being so little that he can't walk around destroying everything. They grow so dang fast! Your getting so close! Do you feel ready? I never did feel fully prepared, except in the diaper and wipes department. Once that long ago Pampers deal was over and I had my $5K worth of diapers and wipes stockpiled I felt at peace of mind in area, getting his nursery ready, not so much. We didn't get that done until he was about 6 months but I was cosleeping so it was ok.

They did get divorced but from what I read in my gossip mags is that they are still BFF. They collaborated on Pink's break up song "So what?"
It seems like they re-married, or re-committed.
