In her defense, she was in the process of buckling up when the other car struck them. They had just got in the car and pulled out from the gas station. I told her, from now on please buckle up before the car is started. But, I'm guilty of that too. If I'm driving I buckle up before I start the car and drive off, but when I'm a passenger, many times I buckle up as we are pulling away.

not having the belt buckled may have been a good thing in this case, per the doc last night. I guess because it rests so low on the abdomen and could have caused problems.

I'm just glad they are OK. I will have to color my hair soon though LMAO
