nodCan't agree more. Sometimes they just aren't, and if that's the case everybody's just gonna end up frustrated. I was dreading potty training. Before I was a SAHM I was in the early childhood education field....but I was working with infants and toddlers. When my dd was a baby I had no fear as a parent because I'd been taking care of babies every day for a few years before she was born. The 2-yr. mark was unknown territory for me and pt'ing made me want to go

My dd's middle name is Emelyn Wink I loved Emma but it was becoming the #1 name and I couldn't do that, so I combined my middle name with Emma. When Army Wives came out, I had to rewind the DVR when I heard Claudia Joy call her dd's name laugh out loud I had never heard it before my dd!! Smilie

When I named dd Emalie (Emily) I did so because it was my great great Aunt's name. It was an old fashioned name and wasn't popular. Go figure, within a few years it was the #1 name. I've always called her Ema though.
