Do the Target Visas have to be activated in the store where they are at, or can they be mailed to someone unactivated?

Do any of you sell on Craigslist? Within the last month or so, I have been getting a lot of spam emails after posting an item. Most of them come from an email address with a real name and the subject line is the title of the posting.

Most of the emails include a link to a video they want me to download about the product I am selling. Most claim that "they don't want to purchase the wrong item and have made mistakes in the past." I immediately think some kind of virus/worm and have deleted the emails. CL should be doing more about this.

We've gotten spam like that too. We don't put stuff on CL very much, but other than a couple 'no-shows' we've had pretty good experience with selling and buying on craigslist.

I only posted a futon on there and also my resume. I did get a bunch of spam from both...even without my "real" email listed. Kinda sucks! I agree CL does need to do more about this.

Hey There - I generally send mine M2C's way - but I have a few I can send to you especially as you are close to some prize or whatever. LMK if you can use them - I will PM them to you!

Ok - I have to be nosey .... where did you get them for a reasonable price? I keep checking Ebay every day but I just can not bring myself to pay 75 - 1.00 a piece for the coupons! Let me in on your secret for next time! LOL I am hoping that if I keep checking someone will put up a listing at a reasonable price!!!
I'd definitely take a few if you have them to spare!! Thanks!hug We have a family of photographers so I am ALWAYS behind on ordering pics for my dd....gonna get the 200 Shutterfly prints...100 pts. to go!

On the Pampers q's:Dontknow For the most part I watched a LOT of the clipper sites and kept refreshing the page and got in on them right when they posted them. All the refreshing reminded me of the good 'ol Old Navy Weekly days with the $75 off couponsOMG Caught a lot of them when they either did not have much as far as limits or were nice and cheap. Caught a couple auctions on the bay that were pretty cheap too. Pre-ordered from one of the clippers that someone had posted in the deals thread and those I know were 20 for $3. When they started coming in the mail I just started tearing open envelopes and couldn't even remember what came from where!

And my kid isn't even in diapers for the most part anymoreRofl2 We manage to find plenty of uses for them, but I plan to gift some/donate some/maybe put some in my garage sale, we'll see.

When you PM with the codes send me your addy and I'll send some as a thank you/trade for the codesSmilie

My first two, Jaden and Lillian, I had never met another child/person with their names before I chose them. But once they were born, its like these people come out of the woodwork! And my son's name did make the most popular list, which shocked me. I think my daughter's name is on there, as well, just further down. It is still far rarer to meet a Jaden than, say, a John. But for a while, it seemed to be the "it" name for celebrities. NOT why I chose it, by the way. laugh out loud

I haven't looked at the stats for Eva (Evangeline), but I'm guessing its probably on the list somewhere. I just love the name, so I don't care. Big Grin And hubby put up no argument, I think because he has a secret crush on Eva Longoria Parker (and Tony Parker is his favorite player right now).
My dd's name is Evalee (EH-va-lee.) Love her name but I have to accentuate the 'v' otherwise people think it's 'Emalee.' And sometimes when people read it they say EE-va-lee.....she calls herself Evie (Eh-vee.) Probably set her up for lifelong trouble with that but I'm with you...love the name so I don't care!LMAO We started seeing a lot of Jaden/Jayden/Jaeden's in our infant classrooms a couple years back....and on that note, it is so hard to name a kid when you work in child care. Every name you look at reminds you of some other kid! Kind of glad I am done with that but miss the babies.

I musta got too hot. I mowed this morning (sounds familiar huh). I finally finished...I came in and drank my required 64 oz of water, but then I felt sick...run towards the bathroom... vomit all over the bathroom floor (at least I made it that far). And for the record, it was just water, as I haven't eaten anything yet today.

The cat looked at it like WTF? laugh out loud I feel better though Unsure
Bonk you should really consider holding off until this heat wave is over, or at least have the paramedics on standby.

OMG The heat index is already at 117* this morning.

It's not too bad here - 86/94 (but bad enough to keep me inside mostly). DH mentioned last night that my little garden is looking awful weedy. Yes, yes it does... and I have every intention of doing exactly nothing to it right now. Wink

Okay... so I just realized that DH has the Saturday from *heck* planned. He & oldest DD are supposed to go to the FM in the early morning, then I am supposed to meet him and DD with the toddler to go to a little festival around 11ish. Then we are supposed to come back and have a very belated birthday party for me with our friends around 4/5pm. Methinks the man has gone mad... nod heh heh... and I agreed to teach toddler Sunday School on Sunday. I guess I'm the one that's really bonkers.

Planning my little T run. Keeping it simple - mostly cuz I don't have many q's. Makes it easy. Big Grin

Oh - and if anyone is in need of some Visa's - lemme know. My store has the $25, $50, & $100 ones - and I can mail 'em to ya.

At the photo counter they usually have a small display with a few different types of the SF gift cards. There are two different types that are for a photo book and then the general $30 SF gift cards (those are the ones I've gotten). If I need one, I'll usually toss it in my cart when I first get into the store. That way I'm not running up there at checkout with a cart full of stuff.

Smilie

I learned about this from Ariel (our resident SF expert). Speaking of A, I haven't seen her on here in a day or two... hope all is well.

[QUOTE=gatorcater;30412696]I love Emma too. But I hear ya on the most popular name list. Luckily, I didn't have to make the tough decision for a girl's name. There were so many more names on the girl list. I think if I eventually have a girl since DH (2+ years from now) we will name her Ellie. That coupled with our last name seems pretty cute to her parents Wink

What is your last name?

My indoor/outdoor thermostat thing says it's 100.6 outside right now. I've never seen it get that high in the 8 years we've owned it. I don't even want to think about what our electric bill is going to be.

Saw an old time Jedi today and he had a new name tag that said "trainer". Thought I would do a little run and see if they've been training him to do things differently than I have. Evil Nope, evidently he just lost his other tag and they made him use this one. The he told me that he preferred not wearing a name tag because people expect less of you without one. And that my friend, is what makes you a Jedi! Roll
