Actually, it has.

It happened late last week only on the Smuckers Q so I thought it was a fluke or something I did. I haven't shopped since then so I have no idea if it has spread to other Qs or other stores. I thought it was really weird that the register said "select free item". I thought maybe I didn't get enough Smuckers and kept meaning to look at my receipt but never got around to it. I think I've thrown it away now. The cashier told me that they just got that update but I just ignored him because we all know how they like to talk about things they know nothing about. Sadwalk

Being the savvy shoppers we are, we'll keep rolling with this and learn to work it Wink It really SUCKS, but at the same time sounds at least a bit hopeful in regards to the way the q's are working. We'll have to compare notes, for sure.

Sounds to me like they are trying to make the 16's autodeduct like the 14's. Highest to lowest. That doesn't explain why it would beep after x number of coupons, but makes sense why it took the first off at the high price, and then the whiska's at .52.

It's not going to look different because it auto'd off the highest price and attached and then when they picked the item it attached because they picked it.

It would only look different if you used (for instance) ten b2g1 and all 10 attached highest to lowest.

They can also roll out different updates to different stores. We're doing it right now in our stores with another program (not Target stores). So it would make complete sense that some of us experience things that others don't. Yes, we'll have to compare notes to see what each area has going on.

But your other q's worked right?? Makes no sense that all 01's wouldn't act the same, all 14's, and all 16's ya know?
