DS6 had some sort of stomach flu last week. Woke up around 3am crying, then vomit

Cleaned him up and put him back to bed. Lather Rinse Repeat once an hour until morning. Luckily it happened on the one day my DH goes to work close to noon. So we decided I would race into work early and work 1/2 day then rush home for DH to go to work.

But just as I was making my Great Escape Biker my son vomit again, DH walks over to give empty the bowl and then I hear him ask "Why is the couch wet?"

Homesweet DH calmly answers "Oh I think I POOPED on it." Prop

DH called for me to Help but I was all like shake head "SEE YA! Gotta go if I'm going to get back in time for you not to be late for work."Wink5

Honestly, I don't think I got dressed and out the door for work faster in my life! I'm so naughty.

I know there's been a lot of talk about lasers, but I looooove my Epson Workforce 610. It is wireless and prints REALLY fast, near-laser-quality too. Every coupon scans great that gets printed from that thing (that was not the case with my last inkjet.) Genuine cartridges run around $27 or so for extra high capacity black from Amazon.com, this seems to last me 3-4 mos. Color I have not had to replace yet since we got it back in March - and I don't know if it was even the high-capacity color that came with it. Those are around $40 on Amazon for a high-capacity pack of all 3 colors, but it looks like I may only have to replace the color 2 times per year max. It has the scanner too....and does copies....and has a fax maybe tooLMAO Can you tell I don't use all of those?

Just wasn't ready to jump into the technology of lasers, did a lot of reading though. Love that it's wireless, I can be lazy if I want toTeehee

ETA: I spent around $50 on it trading in my old one at Staples when you got so much off for trading one in combined with a good sale. I've been very happy with my purchase!

That looks like an awesome printer. Nice! Would you say you printed lots of coupons on it? I don't feel like I print oodles of coupons, but replacing the ink every two weeks or so is just ridiculous, and if I could space it out to every other month or more, that'd be just awesome.

Hey, does anyone have any Hydro TQs to trade? I have many of the inserts from the last month or so, and would love to trade for some of those. I have the TQ insert that came a week or so ago, as well. Let me know!!

Bblue - I think it was you who asked - Yes - you can refill laser printer toner cartridges ... drill TINY hole in corner, pour powder in VERY SLOWLY through tiny funnel, tape over hole, shake a few times to even it out and it is good to go .... WEAR GLOVES IT STAINS EVERYTHING!

M2T - Very sorry about the car - I HATE car stuff! I am too tired to do the car repairs that I used to ... I was the eternal grease monkey - always under the hood/car fixing things ... course the more modern cars have so much more comp stuff that it is not as easy for a backyard mechanic to do it all ..... give me a 57 chevy -- ROFL I hope that you get it taken care of easily and without too much $$ damage!

I think I paid $22 for the refill kit that included the chip that has to be replaced. The info says it's good for around 2,000 prints. My cartridge has a plastic plug that will pull out so I can fill it with the new toner. I haven't done this yet, as I'm still limping along, shaking the dying cartridge every so often.

Coupons probably make up 85-90% of my printing.....and because the wireless printer has made me lazy and it is downstairs and the computer I do most of my printing from is upstairs I don't cancel most of the ads either Blush Could probably stretch it much further by doing that depending on what your setup is at home.

so glad they liked it! it's great for get-togethers b/c it's so easy and tastes better (much more sour and the water comes out of the cukes) if you make it the night b4 and gives you more time to do other stuff the day of. i make it every few wks during the summer. nice w/ fatty fish like salmon too.

i bought an english cucumber last friday after all that recipe talk Teehee. will chop it up tomorrow!

I saw it on the Today show and thought it was strange how they never differentiated between what they called return fraud (mostly they covered returning used undergarments) Sick and actual return fraud. They never once mentioned what portion of a retailer's "losses" were legit returns. It was a confusing/irritating piece.

Thanks for the info. I am compiling it all and forwarding it on to hubby. He's a major techie dude, so he loves shopping for new stuff like this. laugh out loud

Found out I have one roll of TP left. Faint Which means I have to go out in this heat with the kiddoes.
