My black QRevo arrived fast, 48 hours after ordering. Looks brand new to me in original box too. Plugged right up and even had a firmware update. So far smooth as silk transaction.

my parents have owned the J7+ from Costco(larger battery + some extras) for a little over a year without problems. I'm assuming you grabbed a refurbished unit with the Asurion warranty? If so, you're right about the seller not helping; claims have to be processed by the third party warranty/insurance company
