I have a brand new in box Qrevo Master I'll sell for $800 (currently $900 on Amazon, plus you save on tax). Anyone in the greater NYC metro area interested, I'll deliver.

I can confirm mine was in new like condition. No signs of usage and it works well so far.

My black QRevo arrived fast, 48 hours after ordering. Looks brand new to me in original box too. Plugged right up and even had a firmware update. So far smooth as silk transaction.

my parents have owned the J7+ from Costco(larger battery + some extras) for a little over a year without problems. I'm assuming you grabbed a refurbished unit with the Asurion warranty? If so, you're right about the seller not helping; claims have to be processed by the third party warranty/insurance company
