The 4k comes out on April 22nd. I bought this as a gift from iTunes a few weeks ago to lock in the low price, but told the iTunes system to deliver it to me the day after (so I don't accidentally redeem early).

You'll get the 4k upgrade on iTunes no matter what, but this way it'll transfer to MA as 4k and not HD. Just a few weeks wait, but worth it to lock it in at $4.99

When you purchase any movie on iTunes it asks you do you want to send it now or send it later so just choose to send it later and the expected date
