I've use a lot of Blackstones at friend's houses and the Weber is just a better build quality and the cooking surface is very even.

I had this one and returned it. Hated that the grease trap was right in the middle of the griddle and too far from the front.

Turns out this model is LP only, so no natural gas conversion. Deal breaker for me, just for the convenience.
