Even IFFFF they were to get banned which looks unlikely since its been "getting banned" for over a few years now due to chicken littles, it would not leave users in a lurch. The equipment on day 1 would not magically stop working, it would work and continue to work, the only thing that might stop is future firmware updates... Now to show how unlikely the ban is from happening, recently in the south multiple military bases just got remodeled and updated, what equipment did they use TP-LINK, lol.

The concern never was about spying, its about the profit they are chipping away from other manufactures who are charging ridiculous amounts for the exact same equipment, its those manufactures lobbies pushing for the ban so they have excuses to raise their prices even more...

Even more to dispel the ridiculousness of a ban, TP-Link has started a new parent company which is operated outside of China with a global HQ now based in Irvine California.... The process which has already started will cost the company a few hundred million to completely seperate themselves from the fake narrative of china spyware blah blah blah, but they are doing it along with complying to any request from the US government.

There really isnt anything better with these specs or anywhere near close to it unless its a woot deal or ebay deal with limited inventory. A wifi 6E with these high specs is hard to find for under $200 unless its the lower end TP-LINK AXE5400 version, lol. The only thing that gets close is the Asus AXE7800 when its on sale for $200 once in awhile.

Contact customer service. Ask for a price match from microcenter. They gave me $179.99. Not the promo price but is still better than original price.
