I have this one. Bought on sale at Costco (at warehouse) for 1.5k I believe. Still looks great after a year in Texas heat, snow and a car 1 hurricane. The louvers span the entire roof so no ceiling fan possible. It has a built in gutter but some water will get thru the louvers under heavy rain. It's all aluminum. Easy to put together. I haven't added any of the accessories like the roll down screen or privacy walls cus they're expensive. Overall happy
Same I only see 8.9 x 14.4 which doesnt fit where I am trying to install. Which Costco did you see this one on sale?
