Google IS giving customers $100 Google Store credit when you buy a new Pixel 9a from the Google Store. Additional Store Credit is offered for those customers who are subscribed to Google One Storage. They give 2% back as store credit for those customers who pay for 200GB Google One storage and 10% back as store credit for customers who pay for 2TB Google One storage and above.
I have the 2TB AI plan (free with my Pixel 9 Pro) so I earned an extra 10% store credit when I purchased my 9a ($138 credit earned because I had an additional $100 off coupon).
