That impact wrench is a beast and it is very heavy as well. Your wrist will.get tired using that impact wrench.

How is this compared to the Milwaukee m18 fuel high torque one

There should be a YouTube video review the two. The DeWalt one is like wearing Thor Hammer. If you need a high torque impact wrench, I would grab this DeWalt over the M18 one, since I rarely see the M18 with the battery and charger for $250 like the DeWalt.

This is the most powerful one on the market right now. Most people.
Probably do not need something this big.

I bought this when it first went on sale. As others have said it's an absolute beast, but unfortunately I always go for my mid torque wrench. Very rarely do I use this.

That's why i won't bite the bullet. I do want the battery, though. The even the low torque is suitable for most people.

I could not for the life of me get a crankshaft pulley bolt off one day, no matter what I tried. I borrowed this thing from a friend and it ripped that bolt off like it was nothing. I can't be spending any money right now, so this deal is bumming me out. If you can afford it, get it. Shoot, even if you shouldn't buy it, you should buy it.

I bought one from Amazon when it last went on sale from both HD and AMZN more than a week ago. Currently it is showing to be delivered early next week.

Just for home use, do you really need this much torque?

99% of the time this is way too much for what you would need at home. Go with a mid-torque and it will serve pretty much all you DIY needs.

Dewalt honors warranty if you buy from homey depot, but you get denied warranty if buy from Amazon.

I own it and it's pretty powerful BUT I have had at least two instances where it wouldn't remove a crankshaft bolt from a Honda and I had to borrow a Milwaukee high torque version to get the job done. That is the only reason I wouldn't recommend this impact.
