The two USB-A ports each produce 12W maximum (up to 2.4A @ 5V DC). The USB-C port produces 45W maximum (up to 3A @ 5V, 9 V, 12V, 15V DC/up to 2.25A @ 20V DC).

It didn't say what the power of the USB-C is so it must be low like 5V 3A top. Pass.

The only bummer thing about this one versus the Ryobi is that this one cannot charge the battery via the USB-C and the Ryobi one can

For older brushed power tools, you can normally run them directly on DC power. I do this all the time with my grinders and my SA200 DC only welder. I have never tried to hook up a grinder to a 12V car battery so I don't know how much power it would have but it should work.

I saw these at my local store for under $50 on the clearance rack. I already have one so I didn't buy. I have it in case we lose power so I can still run my WiFi router.

Are you running an induction motor off a 2.0 Ah battery, or a switching power supply with a poor PFC implementation?

How long could 2 amp battery run the Wi-Fi router for?

It's not very big. 36 Watt Hours. that is about the equivalent of a 10,000mAh phone charger. But if you got a bunch of batteries, this can be useful. If not, just buy a power bank of some sort.
