This is what i see. Does it mean after Nov 2021 itself it has to be 60 days of paid service even activated before April 1??

They basically blatantly do whatever they want ., and adjust service agreements on the fly without lawsuits fear ..(dumb if you ask me) , not to mention April 1 st unlocking policy was officially posted on their website around April 5th.

Atleast there it's not saying anything about service.
