probably soybeans are genetically modified against disease or something, like many crops in a lot of things you might eat, so probably wasn't the reason.

Stock of this in hellmans vs best foods might depend on the region where they can be sold and not actual stock for those who are not seeing one vs the other. $2.49 for me and 30 oz jar is same price.

And target seems to have this same coupon for the $2.99 price.
