Most places are allowed to add other sugars to Maple Syrup and still called 100% Pure Maple Syrup....Vermont specifically does not permit this which is why I tend to prefer syrup made there. However, I can't beat this price. If it is diluted in some fashion to bring down the price, i certainly cannot tell.
