5070 has been in stock with base price of $549.99 weekly and relatively easy to get if you use a tracker. So the rest of the system is $1300.

I just used pcpartpicker to pick out similar parts/case/750w ps all with good speed and reviews (which I doubt this one uses) and I got $881.43

That means you are paying $400 more for a 5070 which is $950. $950 you can get a 5070 Ti pops up on trackers daily and even on ebay.

If you want to ship parts back piecemeal on your time, that does add up.
