I got this one. The base is like open like a bottle that the bottom was cut. Like... Is $12. Is ok.

a socket switch where the bulb screws in is the dumbest thing ever for a lamp with a glass base and a large shade

this needed a simple switch without having to reach under the lamp shade to turn it on and off

Target's been selling this lamp forever long before the Threshold brand existed. I'm certain my ex-wife bought this for our house over 10 years ago. It lasted forever and one of us would still have it had she not knocked it over when cleaning. The best solution to the placement of the switch under the lamp shade is a smart bulb.

Bought countless times from Bullseye deals, 80% of the time the items are brand new sealed and 20% are customer returns (sometimes non working with missing parts) regardless of the advertised condition. Returns are super easy and zero questions asked.

One of the interesting things they do is the limit they put on the best selling items or product that needs severals to complete a set, e.g. most chairs they only have 1 or 2 available at a time, once they run out they will publish a new listing with the same item in a couple days. I had to wait almost a month in order to get a full set of 6 dinning chairs. I assume they do this to deter resellers from abusing the sales and gaining significant stock.

Overall great place to order cheap clothing and house items, dig long enough and you will encounter some real gems. Everything ship free even inexpensive and heavy stuff. Search for toys before xmas.
