I have bought 3-4 of these over the years. They frequently stop working and / or start leaking after a year or 2. Leaks never seem to come from places with replaceable o-rings.

That being said they are great and 1 gallon sprayers cost almost the same amount and usually have a similar lifespan

Where are you finding leaks from? Plastic seams?

Seams / joints, the hose wand cracks where it is pressed through barbed fitting, etc. Never an area super easy to repair. If I remember correctly I could save the hose once by cutting the wand down slightly past the crack.

To be fair I do live in central NC where we have both freezing winters and some 100 degree summer days so my exterior building does have some harsh temp swings. I make sure there is no liquid in the tank / hoses over the winter as freezing would certainly cause damage.

I had this since last year and used it occasionally to spray herbicide and so far it's been fine but I'm sure this sprayer has drop price to $15 before

Mine leaked and I got a lot of herbicide on me. I threw it away. Buy a Solo or whatever major brand.
