I just got it to work for me. You have to click on the $5 coupon on the Amazon product page before adding it to your cart, and then go to checkout. In checkout, you have to select "Use a gift card, voucher, or promo code" and then enter in the code KUYNTBDL and then it should work correctly!

Thanks so much for helping out the community. It does seem like Amazon discounts can be tricky to apply because I have been seeing many comments like that.

Anyone know if this works with just a single monitor? I have another monitor that works fine on its existing stand but want to add an additional one above it and don't want to mount the wall

I bought this last week pre-discount and very much enjoy it. Have it installed on a glass adjustable desk with a spacer in between and have no issues. I'm currently using dual 27" monitors. I'd highly recommend this to anyone.

Was your desk thick enough to meet their minimum requirements? Or is what the spacer is for?

You can install a single arm to use. You'll have an empty space jutting out a bit on the stand portion though.

The spacer helped with both the thickness issue and to provide a larger surface area so that the screws wouldn't crack the glass via the grommet.

Thanks! I was looking at a very similar one that was recommended (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...8VWC&psc=1) but then I saw a post on reddit where someone took a piece of wood and attached that to the desk instead for additional thickness. Apparently, a 2x1 or something of that nature would work better than these metal spacer things. I haven't tried it myself. The wood is cheap and Home Depot would cut it for you, but I am not sure about properly applying it to my standing desk since I'm not overly handy.
