Thanks for sharing! We had this is our existing Perks account. The listing looked like it was just for dog food, but the fine print did show for both dog and cat. The coupon details it is good for Dog Food 4-6 pounds and Cat Food 3-6 pounds and as stated in the OP will be sent in the mail to the account address.

Mine seems to have come in. Just haven't redeemed it yet.

Maybe email them and ask.
