iPhone help

I am replacing an ancient iPhone and want to get one for my wife. Neither of us are teches so will need some support. Should we buy from Apple Store or somewhere like Best Buy?

Best deal is to go with a carrier and they pay for it. Like TMOBILE when you add a line they throw in a device for free but lock you in for 2 years.

If you need help with the new phone, you'll probably get better help at the apple store (regardless of where you buy it). I'm not an iPhone user, but apple does a pretty good gob of making it easy to move from your old phone. Some public libraries have classes to help people learn how to use their devices and there are tons of online rescources.

As for buying the phone just go for the best price.

Check online you can always make and appointment at the Apple store they are usually very helpful esp during weekdays.
