I have this flashlight, this is a great price for it, but note it is more like a flood light than a spot light. It also gets too hot to hold when in the brighter light mode. But a guy on printables designed a really good handle for it, so if you have a 3d printer, you can print a handle: https://www.printables.com/model/...rry-handle [printables.com]
That is one unappealing handle and not very portable. I'd rather use a silicon pad. lol

It would double the wholesale price, not the retail price. The tariff can be absorbed by the producer or the importer, or they can try to pass it on to the consumer. But for the seller to make the same amount of profit, all any one in the value chain needs to do is raise the price by the tariff amount when it was originally imported. If retail is 10x markup, that usually doesn't mean you pay 10x the tariff at the end.
Here's the bigger problem: the end of de-minimis exemptions. https://metro.global/news/new-tar...e-minimis/

The current exemption (under $800) ends on May 2nd, and this is what's going to kill most products originating from China; not the tariffs themselves.
Quote :
Starting on that date, goods valued under $800 from China and Hong Kong will be subject to a duty calculated at 120% of the item's value, and a postal fee of $100 per package.
The postal fee will rise to $200 on 1 June 2025. These amounts were increased from earlier planned levels of 30% duty and $25/$50 postal fees through the two April executive orders.
Additionally, the exemption will no longer apply to low-value goods shipped through couriers or freight companies—not just postal shipments—ensuring broad application across all shipping channels.
So basically - everything's about to go up exponentially and we'll just be along for the ride. Even products not directly impacted by tariffs/de-minimis guidelines will go up simply because they can. It's going to be a total cluster and cost all of us more money for basically no short-term foreseeable gain.

But who knows - there's still two and a half weeks for all of this to change, and if history's the judge - it will change at least a half dozen times between now and then.

I have 2 SP36 lights already(1 Pro 1 Non-Pro), otherwise I'd buy this. It's my favorite light for underground, and a great camping light.

I have this light and it's a pretty hefty light. It's bright AF but it can be dimmed. I mostly use it as a bedside lamp lol. I wouldn't recommend carrying this around in your pocket.
I've found that every single flashlight i carry in my pocket does a terrible job of illuminating anything on my walks...

Says no shipping available to Dallas, TX. I've never used that site before, but I've never experienced no shipping available to Dallas.

Says it couldn't be shipped to my location (NJ) so I tried the code on the more powerful Q8 Plus 16000lm https://www.aliexpress.us/item/32...pt=glo2usa

The code works and got the light for $47.11, probably the lowest it's been. Spend a little more and get double the lumens!
