You can just add onion rings or other charges for extras on the burger until you get to $1 too.

Always an excuse to get their fire chocolate chip cookies, $1 where I am at for two.

Yes way. I remember how they used to be a long time ago. You could get through one burger without biting down on a piece of bone, but now it's as if every patty has at least one small bone that your teeth must contend with.

BK was notorious for tiny pieces of bone in every hamburger back in the day. I remember that very well.

White Castle learned this way and they tout themselves as being the oldest Burger place. Try that on for size!

So buy 101 of these to get them for $0.01? Still overpriced for Burger King.
I don't get it.

Are these things about the same size of a chicken nugget like McDonalds cheeseburgers? https://www.reddit.com/media?url=...9xte1.jpeg
Not even close. I have compared a nugget to a cheeseburger before.

They closed the BK nearby about 6 yrs ago and replaced it with a Freddies. Not a fan of Freddies and the "custard" desert/shake then just isn't my taste.

For a while, BK had a family meal for $16, then it was $18, then jumped to $26. At $18, it was still a slight deal (3 whoppers and 3 jrs + fries). At $26, we keep driving and don't stop. The days of feeding 2 adults for $10 are nearly over everywhere and have been over at BK since around 2018. I think only Arby's still has a $10 feeds-two meal. And no, a single hamburger isn't a meal.
As much as I like Wendy's, $13 for 1 person to eat is just crazy.

Low grade meat, but meat nonetheless. I was just recently watching a video on McDonald's and the narrator stating that they grind up all the unused parts of chicken (kind of makes you think what actually happens to all the good parts of the meat). After it was all said and done, the quarter pounder seemed to be the healthiest meat and sandwich on the menu.

Have you tried buying sandwiches separately? Go for the lowest priced hamburger. Basically everyone eats $1.99 hamburgers, small fries, etc. "Sorry wife, you are living the truth (not some outlandish Kardashian lifestyle). If I am making $30/hr. at my job, this meal has got to be less than 40% of one hour's wage if we are to retire." If you are an economical middle class family, you cannot be burning double digits on fast food. Everyone drinks water as well.

I don't even bother with the free walmart plus whoppers these days. always something better to eat. I like some BK stuff even, just not the tiny burgers.

Yes. They're almost like sliders now.

Rather have a Whopper Jr than their cheeseburger.

If I knew about the BOGO coupon, I would have. I just knew about the $10.40 deal.
That's the same deal I'm talking about. Enjoy a Black Truffle menu item on us with your $10.40 purchase! Use code TRUFFLETAX now thru 4/27. I bought a double truffle burger 🍔 so I also ordered a truffle single.
