OP didn't provide further details how to get this price. You buy the set with the extra battery, and then return the battery which costs about $125. So $400-$125 = $275 after returning the battery

It is definitely a good deal, that was usually the price prior to everything going up. I would highly recommend it if you can get it for under $300. I own #1 m18 high impact, #2 m12 hammer drill, driver, and #3 stubby. I have had #1 and #2 since 2017 and it is still running strong and the battery is still the same. Highly recommend it.

Last year I paid around $380-$400 for this set with two 5.0 Ah batteries and a free 8.0 Ah battery, but no bit set. If you're in the market for tools this would be a fantastic start.

I ordered both. Picked 2 different stores to pick them up from. I always try the chat first. This time they canceled the battery. Leaving me the kit at the discounted price. If they won't do that I just don't pick up the battery.
