Buy this deal, but only use two of the phones. Save the other two in the box and use them if you get jacked. If not, you two to sell or use later.
Use the other two lines or not, Put older phones on them and let relatives use them.
Paying $68 per month will buy a new phone every year. If that's your loss rate, then by all means get it. Still cheaper to get a used phone if your luck is that bad.
Good luck to you.

TLDR: you can run 2 esim with 2 carriers after 60 days
Dual SIM Support: The iPhone 16 Pro supports Dual SIM with two eSIMs (or one eSIM and one physical SIM in some regions, but U.S. models are eSIM-only). This allows you to have two active phone numbers from different carriers, such as Verizon and AT&T, using Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS). Both lines can make/receive calls and texts, but only one can use cellular data at a time.Device Lock Status: Verizon has a 60-day SIM lock policy on devices purchased through their device payment plan to prevent fraud. During this period, you cannot activate another carrier's service (like AT&T) on the second eSIM. After 60 days, the device automatically unlocks, allowing you to add an AT&T eSIM, provided the phone is not carrier-locked for other reasons (e.g., unpaid balance). Check the lock status in Settings > General > About > Carrier Lock; it should say "No SIM restrictions" if unlocked.

I'll stick to my prepaid carrier, unlocked iPhone 2 generations old that I'm paying $15/month for unlimited talk and unlimited 5G. People are going crazy paying money for phones that will expire worthless. I wouldn't even pay $400 for this phone. I haven't spent over $200 on any iPhone.
I understand this might be some "deal" price compared to MSRP but come on, people should see this as the biggest SCAM ever.
