I even paid the remaining credits owed on my phone that I had from a trade in that locked in my last line for 36 months. Did the math and since one line alone was $120/m i was losing money the longer I stayed. I don't know why they thought charging me $120/m was ok for 1 line left and now want to offer 4 lines for $120...
2 years ago I bought 2 gift cards on the verizon site, the cards came with no credits. I spent over 30 hours on the phone in total to get that money owed on the cards. I might never go back.

when I signed up my Verizon Fios, it was $39.99, now it's $54.99 without any change.
