These are aqua, so they can get wet, good for boating or by the beach/pool. The aqua ones are hard so they dont soak up water too. The cloudfoam ones are good for around the house and are super comfy. The cloudfoam ones DO soak up water so not recommended by the water.

People are missing that these are essentially designed to be shower shoes. (so like wear at the gym)

Got a pair of these a while ago. Very hard rubber soles. Not comfortable at all. Fine for shower shoes or use by the lake, beach or pool but wouldn't recommend for any other purpose. They are cheap for a reason. I think I paid around $7 or $8 for mine.
