I've had my Watch 4 classic 46mm for 3 years now and its still going strong. No issues with it and for <$50 it's a great way to get a cheap smartwatch especially if in the Samsung ecosystem.

I'll probably move to a watch 7 44mm as thats the next logical upgrade from what I have because the 5 and 6 didnt change much from the 4. 7 finally doubled the storage to 32gb from 16gb, and now has a 5-core processor where all the 4-5-6's have effectively the same dual core processor. They did move to 2GB of RAM from 1.5GB in the Watch 6 I believe. Also the classic 4 has a rather unfortunately small battery (361mAh) vs. newer ones all over 400mAh (425mAh for 6/7).

Wont do that until they get way cheaper though.

I have a Galaxy Watch 4 (Not Classic), and it works very poorly with my non-samsung phone. Won't back up, constantly complains. It was fine when I had a Samsung phone.

This is a good price on a decent watch, but I would recommend going another way if your phone is not a Samsung.

Been wanting to get a Galaxy watch to see if I like having a smartwatch or not. Have a Galaxy phone to pair it with so why not for this price. My wife still uses her Gen 1 Galaxy watch so don't mind that it's an older watch.

Bought this last week for $60. It's pretty responsive, supports a lot of apps, Google assistant, phone calls, music, GPS. Its pretty feature packed which is great. Only issue is that it seems I have too small of a wrist, so the lugs are wider than my wrist and looks ridiculous. Will try to find something that is either 44mm or 42mm.

Once u go smartwatch u don't go back. Had a refurb 3 for like 2 years now still running strong with daily use.

Not a bad idea. I bought a $30 Watch5 for the same reason.

For those considering actually using this watch, I had it for a year or two before upgrading to the Ultra. There's a noticeable difference in performance (speed, battery, etc.) but if I didn't have the opportunity to upgrade, I would have been perfectly content staying with the Classic. I think it's still worth $46.75.

Why is GPS in the name of the title? Is it to delineate between the non-cellular version vs the cellular version? If so, that's the dumbest thing I have ever heard.

And yes both cellular and non-cellular version has GPS.

Bought a refurb Watch4 classic from the same seller a few months ago. Looked flawless and no visible issues. However had an annoying bug where it would stop charging once it reaches 100% even if its left on the charger. Woke up to days where the watch was already 50% even if it was left on the charger the previous night. Some reddit issues claim its because of 3rd party charger. Got it returned.

Bought the new cellular version around 90 bucks a year back. Still kicking and working well. Battery life is a bit short, but charge speed is good, so compensate a bit. Highly recommended at this low price.

these are great for workouts. they track your work and also doubles as mp3 player so you're not one of those people scrolling through their phones while others are waiting for you to finish up.
