I pay $30 for 400/100 mbps plus free line but you have to pay taxes about $2 for one year. After one year they increase the price so I would cancel and redo like always

You can also get almost 3x the speed (1.1Gbps) for $10 more and it includes 2YR Peacock Premium.

5YR 1.1Gbps modem unlimited data for $65 isn't bad.
must be a region thing, $85 in chicago area

this looks like a decent deal for the first year at least when you get free mobile service. any idea how much they would charge for mobile service after the first year?

Yes, sorry, I haphazardly typed it.

The phone line is free for a year.

Anyone have advice on how to get this deal for existing customers? I have a $160 cable and Internet plan and want to cancel cable and go to Internet only and get this deal
I'm an existing customer. I went to select change plan and then select upgrade speed, and then select 1-year plan, and I saw this $40/month price. I haven't tried to submit the order yet, so I can't confirm whether I can fulfill it.
My current plan is $25/month for 400MB, so it's still a big jump on the bill for me. But my promo is ending this month. I recall the sale was $35/month last month. I should've taken that promo under my wife's name. But this one is not too bad.

Do it. You only really need 300mbps for video and downloads. Unless you're torrenting.
Even if you're torrenting, 300mbps should be fine so long as you're only downloading a few files per day.
I have this speed and I can download a 1.5gb file in a few minutes.

If you have a spouse / partner / SO / parent or sibling - cancel your subscription, sign up under their name.

If not - try cancelling your subscription now, and sign up after some time; you'd have to hope the offer is still available, and you've been away long enough to be considered new.

Stupid company thanks to the mega mergers/ purchases they made during the last 10-15 years, and passing the" savings" to the customers. They lost my entire neighborhood to Metronet. No limits, no issues.

Anyone know if the free 1 year xfinity mobile needs a number ported in from a different carrier? We have 1 xfinity mobile line now.

Nice deal but Xfinty is the worse! I had them for six years. That was the only available internet in my area as soon as I moved I switched to AT&T fiber. The internet sucks and the customer service is horrible. I was telling them I wanted to cancel because I was moving they were giving me the run around and trying not to cancel my service.
I found the best way to cancel these types of services is to give them specifics about the competitor. I was able to get AT&T fiber. So I told them to stay, they'd have to give me unlimited data for under x amount since AT&T upload is 1 gbps and unlimited data. If they can't match it you don't want to hear their offer.

Long time customers of Xfinity get shafted. I pay $65/month just for 300mbps Internet, even though I also have xfinity mobile. Thinking of canceling because I also have Astound 300 Mbps at $20 a month, and it's fiber.
Astound here also offers $20/mo but the catch is the mandatory "network access and maintenance fee" adds $16.93/mo making it almost double what they advertise. YMMV, it depends on the market.

I just signed up and in OR they gave me 400mbps for $30 + 1 year of a modem/Xfinity mobile line included. I did have to get professional install but they even knocked it down to Free.
In my area 600mbps is $55 per month.
1 Gig is $70-$80
1.3 Gig is $80-$90.

I signed up NOW service from Xfinity and it costs me $30 monthly. I don't need a faster internet.
