I would prefer it to be $200 cheaper! Actually, why not $300 cheaper!
It's a valid complaint. The original price for this bundle was $500 before they jacked up the price. Eventually it went down to $480. At $500, this is hardly a slickdeal, but then again everything seems to be poor value now.
It's the Trump tariffs kicking in.

Decent price but I think most people would like it to be at least a $100 cheaper?

The new sale price is the original now with all of the greed and bs out there... Those items are old and been sitting, increased price? Obsessions, egos, greed at play

To me this is still a tough deal over the 265k deal since you can get the same performance after the intel updates this month in 1440p/4k and also the igpu encoders as well as running apps and games at the same time.
But you could pop in a 9900xyz down the road for cheap ehhhh

Debating on the 265k with 64gb corsair ram for 630, but might wait for it to go cheaper or a 285k deal.

I like MC but this seems to be the same price they had for this bundle years ago. And everyone on the hardware forums I visit hates the gskill ram and sells it for cheap.

So.... eh? Still rocking my 5700x and I doubt this would make Civilization any faster.

i paid $480 plus some shipping for 9800x3d -

the 7800x3d is probably very similar performance
if i had it to do over again i might go for a deal like this which is $500 but includes mobo and memory

only problem is it is pickup only and i have a family and young kids and tryna get some work done and realistically i don't have time to go there
