Not too long ago, about 10 years we used Disney's actual website to stay 18 days at a newly renovated pop century, 8 day ticket plus sports option, plus free meals, plus free cup, 3 fast passes per day then 1 every 45 minutes for a family of 4 for under $5000. It was absolutely insane. Today that same option would cost $17000 easily.
We ended up booking a pretty nice residential suite (been here before) this year, 4 days universal plus 1 day epic universe. 13 days at the hotel plus tickets $3500? Orlando and it's surrounding areas 45 mins out has really great food for decent prices if they know the know.
Disney spring area hotels aren't even nice to explore other than Disney springs. I rather hang out near international drive or explore college areas.
There are so many dumps in Orlando(and surrounding area) that it's a crapshoot unless you really dig deep into the (fake) reviews.
These prices are mediocre at best...for mediocre places.
Factor in transportation and parking and they suck.
Example you linked Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace can get them for $180ish(after the $38 resort fee)
Cheaper booking direct...Lazy copy paste.
I'm in Florida and travel extensively.
