These are great. Some glitches but work well. I use them every night. Gave many as gifts and people love them. There is a better deal if you have Costco. You should be able to go to Anker through Costco Next and then they should be $99.99. You can also buy insurance for $10 from Anker and then you can buy an extra set of buds only (no case) for $55. Had my son lose one and this was a decent solution.

Picked up a sealed new pair last month from a Facebook Marketplace seller for 50 bucks. They're awesome. You can side sleep with them and the sleep sounds last 14 hours in sleep mode, 80 including the case. I'm a VERY sensitive sleeper, they're great for bed with my fiance and she no longer wakes me. Means I don't need a loud ass white noise machine either, and even at 60% blocks most noise for me even though I usually need to crank up my white noise machine to 100%. YMMV because they're highly personal, but I really love them. Do NOT get the first gen as they won't last a whole evening. The battery on these is double.

Came here to endorse. I bought these at this same price last year during a Prime Day sale and can 100% recommend for whatever value a random comment on Slickdeals has for you. I'd be happy with my purchase even if I paid full MSRP as I use them every night, and they do the job well. The are a huge upgrade in every way from wired earbuds (which I used to use during sleep), simple earplugs, and the Bose Soundbuds (gen 1), which are terrible.
Personally, I do not find these Anker Sleep A20s uncomfortable at all (even when I lay on my side). My only gripe is that one typically falls every 2-3 nights or so depending on how I sleep, but the beeping signal makes them easy enough to find.

Backed these on Kickstarter and also bought a second pair because I like them. The Ozlo has higher sensitivity so you get a hissing sound when there's a lull in the sound that's playing. I personally found that annoying. The two pairs of the A20 that I have do not have this issue. One downside of the A20's sleep app is that some of the white noises aren't looped properly. I think I was using some rain sound and the loop abruptly ends on a lower volume and jumps up to a higher volume at the beginning of the loop. It was very noticeable and distracting for me. Additionally, the battery case is much better than the Ozlo. The Ozlo case has an issue where it just drains for no reason.

I'm a side sleeper and these don't hurt my ears. My only issue is one side or the other always turn off when I lay on my side. Not sure if setting or faulty

They still are, just not price-wise.

Side sleeper here. I use them every single night. I love them. You can program them to play certain sounds without being connected to data (I have white noise + train + drier all at the same time and it puts me out). Took a few nights to figure out the right combination of rubber wing + tip but they've got plenty of options. The rubber is really soft.

I also had this case draining issue but a firmware update fixed it.

These are half the price of the Bose Sleepbuds and have 2x the features. And this Ozlo brand that showcased their new Sleepbuds at CES is selling theirs for $350, so I'd say Anker is still the cheaper choice here.

How do you buy this insurance? I don't find it on the product page or on the checkout page.

Anker competes with premium brands on quality, but at lower price points. Cheaper doesn't always mean cheap. There are plenty of no-name brands that peddle low-quality alternatives to these for cheap. But this seems to be the low end of the price range for something with solid reviews from a reputable brand.

I'm glad this is a product segment. I enjoy my A20s. The app has slowly improved but still has some quirks. I wish there were more ear tip options for better passive sound dampening but maybe they wouldn't be as comfortable.
