Don't buy this, motherboard is really bad, Junk. VRM trash tier. 5+2+2, Discreet Mosfet, Not using power stages.

Lowest of the low. These boards blow up easily, and the deal gets even worse if you add replacement cost and labor

it's true if you try to put a 16 core cpu in this. it's good enough to handle 9600x

Someone list a bundle with a better power phase setup that is around $350. Otherwise not seeing the issue.

I'm getting $370. Is the $350 deal dead? Am I missing a promo code?

That is true but I would go for a cheaper Intel used build
Why in the world would you build Intel these days?

Bad idea. How would you know if the CPU was used and developed issues before the bios updates? Stay away from intel 13th and 14th gens, maybe even 12th gen, and you're ended up w/ the pretty old 10th, 11th gens or barely tested ultras... headaches every way I look.

Now I'm on the fence. Does it matter for a 9600 CPU? Can I do future upgrades on it?

Edit: Thank you for all the inputs. I cancelled the order. If you are like me, thinking about buying this motherboard, I hope this video helps.

I don't think it matters. It's a 9600x and not a 9950x3D lol. I got a similar deal in November with this motherboard. It's been working fine. However I just do light gaming with a 4070. Nothing intense

I had the same confusion. My cart showed $373. When I looked closely, that included the tax. The breakdown was $369 before the $20 bundle discount and then nearly $24 in tax to total $373.

Part of the allure for me is having a PC that I can upgrade all the components. It appears the 9600x will be fine on this, but what if you want to upgrade to a 9800x3d or a newer gen part with higher power draw? Might not work out the best for you in the future.

Well, sounds like you wouldn't mind upgrading the motherboard either
