Has anyone used these? They don't list ingredients, and I'm curious if they are any different or better than just using vinegar+baking soda.

Best method I found is to justuse ice. It cleans best without harsh chemicals and also sharpens the blades.

Same here. Plug the drain and fill the sink with a mix of water, ice and dish soap. Pull the plug and on turn on the disposal until empty.

I've had a garbage disposal for 15+ years and this is the only method I've ever used to clean it, and it's never needed more.

The Glisten ones that foam clean the pipes as well. There's a lot of gunk that clings to the inside that water and dishsoap alone don't break up.

I'm pretty sure that the ice sharpening thing is an urban legend. It's not the blades you see that cutup food but they smash it against a ring on the edge of the spinning bit that the food grinds against until food can pass through the holes

So if I smash 10bags of ice I'm not getting razors down there?!

Yep. I also send down a whole small lime to finish it off and make it smell great.

Just for giggles I asked chtgpt
"No, ice does not actually sharpen blender blades.
That's a common myth. Running ice through a blender can help clean off residue and maybe knock off some gunk, but it does not hone or sharpen the metal. In fact, over time, blending hard substances like ice can dull the blades slightly — especially if done frequently.
If your goal is cleaning, ice + a bit of dish soap can help.
If your goal is sharpening, you'd need to remove the blades and manually sharpen them with a sharpening stone or get a replacement blade assembly if it's dull.
So yeah, ice = cleaning helper. Not a sharpener."
