I bought a number maybe 5 months ago. They're the worst tasting shakes I've ever had. I tend to buy pretty much everything that's on sale, optimum, fairlife, five star, quest, muscle milk, premier, etc. I'll probably actually end up throwing most of these out. I would not recommend. Obviously taste this objective but they get really thick and by far the worst tasting shake I've ever had.
Sucralose and red 3. Yum! 🤢

I did the deal on mocha last time, and it was very, um, not sweet. I added 2 Sweet-n-Low and honestly could not taste an improvement. I like my breakfast shakes with a caffeine kick, so I'm in for the chocolate one this time. I guess they're all picking up on the popularity of Premier Protein's Cafe Latte flavor in their own way, and I'm here for it!

In 4 peach. Worst thing that can happen is it gets mixed into a smoothie with other fruit.

You should read the ingredient list before purchasing this.

Which have been your favourites? I have been told to increase my protein before back surgery.

just so you know, 3 grams of carbs in total. 6 carbs, minus 4 fiber. and then the 1 gram of sugar. equals 3. (right? or is it just 2 left?)

Not sure about all of the flavors but I know the fruity ones seem to have Red3 which was recently banned by the FDA. Chocolate, vanilla, mocha(my favorite) seem okay though unless I missed something.

These don't have a great taste ( in my opinion).

If it's just having standby protein 30g I can down 11oz before I even taste it so maybe I don't care, at least as gas taste goes.
