The models I've bought on amazon that have this teflon-like material are Zojirushi SM-SD60BC and SM-SA60BA. I've owned and used them for almost a decade, water and coffee, and have never had any of the chipping issues people have mentioned. Like teflon pots and pans, you shouldn't use metal brushes to clean them. But I can understand the concern.
The linked deal is stainless steel on the inside, just like most travel mugs. The model number is SM-SHE60BZ. It looks identical on the outside, but it's not the same thing.
*I filled it with nugget ice on a Thursday morning and left it in my pack over a weekend; there was still some ice in the bottle (along with the melt water) on Saturday night.

I did some quick research and found out that the two types of coating inside that they use is either nonstick or slicksteel.
I found out that my mug is an SM-SHE model, which means that it's slicksteel and doesn't use PTFE as a coating, like the nonstick models.
These models use slicksteel, according to what I found:
Some of the other products with SlickSteel® interior are the Stainless Bottle SV-GWE50, our Stainless Mugs in models SM-JHE, SM-KHE, SM-SHE and our Travel Mug SM-YAE48.
