I've set it up in my garage and have been regularly using it since November. My lifts are around 305 squat, 350 deadlift, 275 bench. The rack can handle those weights fine. If you regularly lift double that, I would look at a proper full size rack. If you push it from the side with the weights on, it can wobble a little bit so it is not as rock steady as a proper power cage but holds up well for a home gym. Holds stable for pull ups or dips. The rack is only half length deep, so it is a bit more restrictive for squats inside the cage but I was able to adapt and don't find it an issue.
Cable rows are great. Pulleys are plastic but seem to hold up well. If they wear out, you can upgrade to aluminum ones. If you want high quality hooks for it, look into the Kipika brand. Expensive but great quality. If you plan to use it regularly, it should pay for itself over time. Free weights, barbell and bench are not included, so you'll have to spend on those as well.
It looks like this one that you listed on sale is more smith machine and doesn't have the traditional enclosed free weight power rack that many prefer. Just make sure thats what you want before purchasing.
If you are considering one of these made in china racks, I would get them asap as the stocks are going to dry up the longer that these tariffs drag on.

shows up as $285 for me but a bunch of pop ups with promotions showed up
I am thinking about it for an uncle of mine who wanted something like this.
The issue is that his basement is 85" and this seems like it's 86.6"
