For gaming specifically I don't think anyone wants this particular processor. Think of this build as a $1500 GPU with a computer thrown in. Is the computer worth $750? Yup. Therein lies the deal.
You can't just drop that without explaining, haha.
My ex girlfriend was not a sane person.

Ok, I dropped it in the cart and now it is down to $2397 (Ultra9K series). You can sign up for discounts - Veterans, 1st responders, and more. Just a reminder, like Samsung products, Dell also do trade-ins.
So I've been out of the computer build game for a while, which is a better deal, this or a home built 9800x3d, asroc taichi 870e, 64gb corsair 6000, samsung 990 pro gen 4, asus 5070ti oc, arctic watercooler aio, be quiet 12m 850w psu. Home built is going to run about $2700.
Where did you chat with, they just keep making me going around in circles.
I was trying to do that and had the exact same experience - the only chat was sales chat but they could only help with new sales, not existing orders. They offered to refund me, but I could not get to sales support chat. So, I emailed them and got this back:
"However, as a valued customer and as a token of goodwill, I am pleased to offer you a one-time exemption in the form of a coupon upto $200 considering your order dollar value, subject to final approval from our finance team. "
That was more than good enough for me. Guess between that and the Dell Advantage $$$ I will get from the order, I'll be looking for a deal on a new monitor.
I mean, it's obviously not branded. It may be amazing, or it may be subpar. But clearly, Dell does not manufacture it. Someone does...

There's nothing on there that means anything to me. Item number is 490-BKXB. Description is "Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 16GB GDDR7".
I guess I get to learn Windows 11 today. Sort of forgot about that part...
if you Google that part number, you can see detailed pics of one somebody has listed on eBay. Those pics also don't tell me anything about make/model.

It's 5200, just as advertised.
