Seems like a heckuva deal for this particular unit, especially if you like milk based drinks.

Completely agree! Family member has it and very enjoy. I ordered one last week, just got UPS tracking. Confirmed with RP, 2 years warranty from US Philips official site.

We've been using this for almost a year and have been happy with it. We do a few of the latte machiatto option or the espresso option every day. Bought it at $450 new. It's a solid, well-reviewed unit and the milk frother method is convenient.

Thanks for posting. Was bummed when I missed out by waiting too long to order this last time. Seems like an easy set it and forget it upgrade from our older Nespresso.

I'm assuming this will be cheaper to run with whole beans, over paying for the individual pods?

I have the 3300 which is better and quieter than this but I will say that the lower models like this are limited in drinks they can make so if I had to do it again I would get one of the better ones. That being said I also have a Breville Barista Express and I find the drinks I make with that to be much better and much more potent even with my Phillips settings maxed out. It's nice to have both options I guess.

At a price of 3300, I definitely prefer the Breville Barista Express. But I can live with 3200 at 299$

Just above Product description, you can see "2 years warranty". Moreover, I called RP and confirmed 2 years, I though it will be good if anyone can call and confirm again.

I have had this for a few years (older model) and love it.

It has required some maintenance - the grinder did jam up. I had to remove it and unjam it. Was able to clear it by attaching a power drill to the exposed end to turn it and break up the gunk for about 20 seconds. Worked like a charm after that.

Man I just got a Ninja Lux Cafe and wondering how this compares. I know this is a fully auto but wonder if coffee quality is comparable

I have the 3200 and have had it since January, 2021.

Very minimal maintenance; use fresh coffee (max 2-3 months old) and don't use dark roast. Medium/dark or a blend of medium and dark. Too much dark will clog the grinder.

We use it every day; my wife makes coffee with it and I do some espresso shots and some random milk drinks for myself and friends. All-in it's probably made over 2,000 cups of coffee/espresso and all I've done is rinse/clean it and apply the grease they provide based on the video every year or so. Filters get replaced every 6 months and I use the generic ones.

If you don't drink multiple pots of coffee a day this is a great option. If you want a lot of coffee in the morning for multiple people, it does take some time, so it may not be the best option.

The lattego cup is wonderful. Milk is drew from the bottom of the cup then pumped up.

The espresso quality is better than my semi auto Breville Barista. Espresso from 3200 is better and more consistent than Breville.
