Google Fi Pixel 9 Pro + Pixel Watch 3 Promo – Full Breakdown (With and Without Financing)
---
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
Pixel 9 Pro
$300 off instantly
Remaining $699 credited back over 24 months
Pixel Watch 3
$100 off via promo code (after phone ships)
Remaining $349 credited back over 24 months
Total Monthly Credits:
$29.12 (Pixel 9 Pro) + $14.54 (Watch 3) = $43.66/month
---
GOOGLE FI PLAN:
Unlimited Essentials Plan: $35/month
You must keep the line active and in good standing for 24 months to get all credits
---
OPTION A – PAY UPFRONT (NO HARD CREDIT PULL)
At Checkout:
Pay $699 for Pixel 9 Pro (after $300 discount)
Pay $349 for Pixel Watch 3 (after $100 discount)
Pay sales tax upfront on both
No financing, so NO hard credit check
Each Month (for 24 months):
Plan: $35
Credit: $43.66
Result: Your plan is fully covered and you get ~$8.66 extra per month, which can be used toward taxes or other fees (but doesn't roll over or get refunded)
Best for: People avoiding a credit check and okay paying upfront
---
OPTION B – FINANCE THE DEVICES (HARD CREDIT PULL REQUIRED)
At Checkout:
Pay $0 for the devices (except taxes)
Finance Pixel 9 Pro ($29.12/mo)
Finance Pixel Watch 3 ($14.54/mo)
This triggers a HARD credit pull
Each Month (for 24 months):
Plan: $35
Devices: $43.66
Credit: $43.66
Result: You still just pay $35/month total — credits cancel out the device payments
Best for: People who prefer monthly payments and don't mind a hard inquiry
---
AFTER 24 MONTHS:
You own both devices
Bill credits stop
You continue paying for the Google Fi plan ($35/mo unless changed)
Any leftover credit in a month does not carry over or get refunded
---
TL;DR:
You can avoid a hard credit pull only if you pay for BOTH the phone and watch upfront
You'll still get $43.66/month in credits, which more than covers the $35/mo plan
Any extra credit each month can only be used that month, no rollovers or payouts
Financing either device = hard pull

I see this as part of the promo. Do we have to have Google one subscription already in order to use this?
I received my Google Pixel 9 Pro after it shipped, and shortly after, I got an email promotion offering a $100 instant discount and a $349.99 credit to my Google Fi account. I had previously tried to use the Pixel Watch 3 promotion code, but my payment was declined due to Google Payments requiring ID verification. While the verification was still under review, the order was canceled by Google.
I contacted Google Fi customer service, and they confirmed—after checking with their upper department three times—that the Pixel Watch 3 promotion code can be reused. Right now, I'm waiting for the Google Payments team to complete the ID verification and unlock my account, which may take 3–4 days. Once that's done, I'll reorder using the same promotion code, as advised by customer service.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue? Feel free to share—thanks!
- I have Tmobile and a relatively new phone so I can't leave. I also have no watch.
- I got my wife this deal, and she already has a watch (wifi)
She wants me to have the new watch- but since its tied to her number and new Google Fi service, I can't use it right? I'm assuming I can use it on WiFi, but there's no way to use the LTE service without adding a separate phone line right?I assume this is straightforward but I'm always surprised at how creative yall are so I figured I'd ask 🤣

cant seem to see where the pixel watch is
Having said that, it's completely unpredictable, they could ship early, they could ship late, it's better to get a confirmation from customer service.
